Lightning had 6 kittens (two agouti bucks, three agouti does and a black doe) on 1 February 2004 - a day later than expected. Like all our litters so far, they were born during the afternoon.

Lightning was a really good mum, feeding her babies well and letting me handle them from the start. In fact, she's done so well, and the babies are so good, that we may breed her a second time.

We did think they'd probably be all agouti, but there's a black in there!	I'll be keeping one agouti and probably the black too

One of these bucks is mine!	I'm not keeping these two - but how can I let them go?
