Rexy and Wesley were both from a pet shop in Taunton. We should really have learnt our lesson about pet shop rats after Owen and his very bad health, but we really liked these two and gave in. I think we have learnt now though - although they both had lovely temperaments, they've both arrived with lice and suffered from myco on and off since we had them. Rexy was a very relaxed rat with people and with his cagemates, Paddy and Rexy. He had soft, curly fur and very curly whiskers. He spent most of his time in his swing - an old hamster exercise ball attached to the ceiling of his cage.
