  • Cherry was a very relaxed, gentle and friendly doe. She kept her pretty grey husky markings to the end. I almost kept her, but then let her go to another breeder, who hoped to breed her to one of her own bucks. Plans for her were later changed and she was offered back to me. I bred her to Harris and she produced 15 lovely kittens.

Cherry lived with various does during her life, including her daughter Corrie. She lived to 34.5 months old, which is an excellent age for a rat. Sadly her teeth became worn and damaged during her last few weeks, eventually making eating difficult. We had her put to sleep at the same time as Corrie.
