Leaf was a lovely, very relaxed but energetic doe. She was very people friendly and always keen to come out of the cage. We had kept her with the idea of breeding her, but we bred her brother and sister (Blackthorn and Twig) instead. Leaf lived with her lovely agouti sister Mouse (who we rat sat long term after her owner became ill) and Maisie. Sadly Leaf developed mammary tumours in her old age which were in a difficult position to remove. Her back legs also became weak towards the end, and she was sadly put to sleep aged exactly 2.5 years.
