Maisie went off to Northamptonshire as a kitten, along with her cousin Meg who was about the same age. She had a lovely big cage, lots of toys and six other older cagemates who she got on very well with. Eventually only Maisie was left from original group, and she soon began to look lonely. So she came back to us for her retirement, aged two years, one week and one day. She is currently being re-introduced to her sister, Clover (who she hadn't seen for nearly 2 years) and also her great-neice, Mouse, who are living with us as long term rat-sitting rats while their owner works abroad.

We also have another rat called Maisie, but I don't think we'll be muddling the two up.................
